In an effort to support the community and help reach a no-kill 2012 goal for area shelters, the Helotes Humane Society (HHS) is proud to announce our Northwest Big Fix Program. The program was largely funded by a generous grant from an anonymous donor of the San Antonio Area Foundation along with additional funds from the Helotes Humane Society. We exceeded our goal and accomplished 1,098 free and low cost spays and neuters in the Bexar County community between September 2009 and March 2011. 

 

HHS is very proud of our accomplishment. If you or your community would like to contribute to more low cost/free spays and neuters in Bexar county, HHS would love to talk to you. The economic times we live in make getting funds difficult. A contribution of $50 will provide one s/n. A contribution of $1,000 will accomplish 20 s/n.
